Owling in Minnesota with Jim and Romey
Join Jim Hailey and Romey Swanson on an exciting trip to Duluth, Minnesota February 20 to 27, 2027 in search of wintering owls, grosbeaks, snow buntings, and grouse.
Cost of the trip is $1,250 for TOS members and $1,285 for non-members (includes a one year TOS membership), double occupancy. There is an additional $400 single supplement fee.
Cost does not include airfare to/from Minneapolis, meals or incidentals.
A deposit of $400 ($435 for non-TOS members) made by November 20, 2026 will hold your place, with full payment due by January 1, 2027. There will be no refund past that date.
If you would like to take advantage of free transportation from the Minneapolis airport to the Country Inn and Suites in Duluth, then plan your arrival early enough to board the shuttle at 2:30 p.m. sharp. Late arrivals can arrange one of the shuttles to our hotel in Duluth.
Should you need to cancel your reservation and there is a replacement for your spot then you will be reimbursed.
